SWIFT PinPad + RFID

This page provides step by step video instructions for the clic-lock SWIFT PinPad + RFID Locks.  


IMPORTANT NOTE: This page is for ADMINISTRATORS only. Do not share this page with end users as it references factory default override codes. 


Factory Default Codes:

  • The Factory Default Management PinCode is 4321
  • The factory default may have been changed depending on the project. 
  • The Factory Default User PinCode in Private Mode is 1234 

1.0 Operating in Private Mode (Default)

1.1 - Unlocking and Locking using a permanent PinCode

Refer to section 2.1 for instructions on how to permanently allocate a PinCode in Private Mode

1.2 - Unlocking and Locking using a permanent User Card

 Refer to section 2.4 for instructions on how to permanently allocate a User Card in Private Mode 

1.5 - Admin Unlock in Private Mode

 If a user forgets their PinCode, the Admin can unlock the unit via the Management Pin and/or Master Management Card.  

2.1 and 2.2 Programming PinCodes in Private Mode

2.1 - Changing a User Pincode in Private Mode

NOTE: The default factory User PinCode in Private Mode is 1234+OK. This video shows how to change this to a user nominated code. 

2.2 Changing the Management PinCode

 NOTE: The default factory Management PinCode in Private Mode is 4321+OK. This video shows how to change this to an admin nominated code.  

2.3 Programming Master Management Cards

2.3 - Programming 3 Master Cards from factory default

Refer to this video if the lock has been factory reset, when 3 new Master Management Cards need to be programmed, or no Master Management Cards have been set for the project. 

2.4 and 2.5 - Programming Cards in Private Mode

2.4 Programming User Cards in Private Mode

This requires the Master Management Card

2.5 De-activating User Cards in Private Mode

This requires the Master Management Card.

3.0 Changing Modes

3.1a Changing from Private Mode to Public Mode

Once Private Mode is switched to Public Mode, any allocated PinCodes will be erased, the Management Pin will revert to factory default and any Master Management or User Cards will be erased. 

3.1b Changing Public Mode back to Private Mode

 Once Public Mode is switched to Private Mode, the Management Pin will revert to factory default and any Master Management or User Cards will be erased.  

3.0 - Operating in Public Mode

3.2 & 3.3 Locking and Unlocking using a temporary PinCode in Public Mode

3.4 & 3.5 Locking and Unlocking using a temporary User Card

4.2 & 4.4 - Admin Unlock in Public Mode

If a user forgets their PinCode, the Admin can unlock the unit via the Management Pin 

4.0 Other Functions

4.3 Restore Factory Default

 Requires a pointed object, eg a Pin. 

4.6 Battery Override

 Use a USB Portable Charger to power up the unit in the event of a Battery Failure
